Keep Walk-In Diners Happy.
Ditch Clunky Buzzers & Crowded Entrances.
Built for brunch hotspots, popular cafes, and restaurants that don't take reservations. Guests scan your window QR poster, see their live line spot, and receive an instant SMS the moment their table is ready.
Host Stand & Window QR Poster
Print an ultra-crisp poster for your host podium or front glass. Diners scan with their camera, pick party size, and join the queue in seconds.
Dine Anywhere Wait Time Freedom
Diners aren't locked to your doorway. They watch their live wait count down on their phone and can stroll nearby shops or wait comfortably in their cars.
1-Tap Table Ready SMS
When a table opens, host taps one button: "Table is ready for the Johnson party!" Diners walk right in ready to order.
Replace Expensive Hardware Pagers & Paper Clipboards
Traditional restaurant buzzer systems cost $600–$1,200 upfront, break constantly, and lose range beyond the parking lot. WaitLink uses the phones your customers already hold in their hands.
